родителей в тиранов, которые ограничивают свободу детей. Изменить отношение к собственной жизни у пожилого человека – задача непростая, тем более что часто жизнь клиента действительно не была простой и удачной. Такого клиента прежде всего необходимо успокоить, повысить его ценность в собственных глазах. Во-первых, надо выразить уверенность в том, что клиент сделал в своей жизни все, что мог, что трудности, которые он преодолел, были действительно серьезными и нет ничего удивительного, что на них было потрачено столько усилий. Во-вторых, стоит подчеркнуть важность достижений клиента, причем в качестве достижений может выступать многое: наука, духовные ценности, помощь людям, выросшие дети. И в-третьих, надо обсудить с клиентом, что в жизни важно не то, чего человек достиг, а то, как он это сделал, каких жизненных ценностей придерживался. В этом смысле, например, честность, доброта, искренность клиента могут выступать как важнейшие ценности, которые удалось реализовать несмотря ни на что. Консультант может использовать специальную литературу по работе с возрастными кризисами пожилого возраста (Малкина-Пых, 2004);

3. Ощущение вины перед ребенком – довольно распространенный феномен, но эта вина особенно неадекватна в обсуждаемых случаях, поскольку относится к поступкам и событиям из давнего прошлого. Наиболее простая тактика работы в данном случае – продемонстрировать бессмысленность такого чувства вины. Сделать это можно по-разному, например, показав клиенту нецелесообразность, неуместность тех поступков, которые тот предпринимает с целью загладить свою вину. Такое поведение, часто принимающее форму вмешательства в чужую жизнь, лишь осложняет отношения с ребенком.
