"Hey, don't listen to her!" Sebastian said pounding on the door.
The man on the other line stayed quiet.
"Oh, you know, they're just little kids, don't mind what they are saying." I said, trying to make my voice sound as motherly as possible.
"Ok then," the man said, "May I ask you whom's name you put under?"
"Oh yeah, Sebastian." I said.
Sebastian pound on the door again. "Don't listen to that god damn woman!"
"Ummm, is everything ok, madam?" the man said.
I letted out a fake sob. "No. No sir, everything is not fine at home. Everything has been going wrong." I letted out another fake sob. "My son has been misbehaving these days, he took my credit card and starting maxing on it." I sniffed. "I'm scared that I can't control him a - an - and, we - we're - we're GOING TO BE POOR!" I letted out a loud, fake cry at the last four words.
"Oh Lord, what do you want me to do?" the man quickly asked.
"Just please cancel the order." I said, quickly.
"Ok, please hold a second." the man said.
"NOOO!!!" Sebastian cried.
The man on the other line said, "Tsk, tsk, you sure created a great amount of pain for your mother."
I smiled silently to myself.
"It's all done, madam." the man said.
"Oh thank you, thank you." I said and hung out.
I threw my phone down and opened the door. "Point proven." I said, smirking at him.
He looked like he was about to punch me in the face. "Fuck this." he said, throwing his fist down.
"No cursing please." I said, but smiled even bigger just to rub it in his face, "And if you don't like this, why don't you move out."
"Hell no I'm moving out of here." he said, plopping down on the sofa.
"Why?" I asked, plopping down next to him.
"Personal reasons." he said. I looked at him with interest.
"Come on, tell me." I said, shaking his arm, "Please. Please tell, I won't tell anyone."
"Is it because you have no friend?" he asked.
I let go of his arm. "Excuse me, Mr. Rudehead."
"You're excused."
"What?!" I asked.
"What?" he said.
I paused, "What??"
"What?"
"Huh?"
He smiled before his face hardens again.
I gasped, "Did you just smile? Did you?! DID YOU?!"
"No, what the fuck?" he said.
"You did! You did!" I said, pointing at his mouth, "And there's no need to curse, smiling is good for you, you should smile more."
"Stop that." he said.
"It's ok, I got-chu. I wouldn't tell anybody that you smiled, ok?" I said, pounding a fist on the left side of my chest twice.
"What the fuck - "
"No cursing." I said turning serious. "That should be one of our rule."
"Rules?" he questioned like he never heard of them, "Why the - "
"STOP! No cursing." I said, pointing at his mouth again, "I can tell that you're about to curse again."
He stared at me.
"Anyways." I said, shaking my head, "I got to go."
"Where?"
"To the store."
"Why?"
"I need to buy gifts for the neighbors." I said, grabbing a tote bag.
"Shouldn't it be the other way around?" he asked.
"Yeah, I guess, but I want to give the neighbors, especially Mrs. White, a good impression since she is going to help me a lot." I said, "Wanna come?"
"No, stay." he said, "I'm hungry."
I blinked at him, "Good for you."
"I mean, can you stay and cook something for me?"
"How about no?" I asked.
"Please." he said.
"No." I said, "I'm going to be going now."
"I'm going too." he said.
"Why?" I asked.
"I'll drive you to the store." he said.
I put my hands on my hips, "Did you buy a - "
"No I didn't buy a car behind your back. It was the car I brought along from my old house." he said.
I had to give him credit for reading my mind. "Fine." I said.
I locked the front door and he waited for me in the car.
"Let's have pizza for dinner." he said.
I pursed my lips together.
"How about candy for dinner, I've always wanted to have a candy meal." I said.
He grinned, "Let's go."
~~~~
"No, I don't eat green gummy bears!" I said as I shoved a clear and red gummy bear in my mouth.
He took the gummy bear back and eat it.
I sorta of the gummy bear by colors.
Sebastian poured out more candy into the candy bowl.
"Woahhhhh!" I cheered as I feel the joy.
Sebastian raised his eyebrows.
I grabbed a lollipop and sucked on it as I put more clear gummy bear in my mouth. "BEST DINNER EVER!" I cried at the top of my lungs.
He nodded slowly and put more green gummy bear in my mouth.
"Turn on so musiccccc!" I said, singing the last word.
"Does the candy have drugs in them?" he asked as he turned on the music, "You're acting a little high."
"Having a sugar rush!" I said, giggling at the last part.
I broke a peice of chocolate and put it in my mouth. I grabbed some blue M&Ms and put them in my mouth.
"Ahm nom nom." I said, imitating the cereal commerical.
Sebastian grinned and shook his head.
"You're weird." he said.
I giggled.
We let the music play and eat more candy until we were full and had a big stomach ache.
"I'm so full." I said, tiredly, "I want to sleep."
Sebastian looked at me for a while, "Where do I sleep?"
"Well, that's your problem because you're the one who wants to stay in this house." I said, getting up from the floor to go to the bedroom.
He grabbed my wist.
"Do you have another blanket?" he asked.
"Yeah, in the closet." I said, "I'm brushing my teeth."
He walked over to the closet and pulled out a blanket.
"Awh! That's so kind of you to care about me catching a cold. I thought that - "
"Are you metally challenged? It's not for you." he said.
I frozed, "Oh."
He letted out a small breath of laughter and shook his head. My cheeks burned in embarrassment. I mentally slapped myself on the face.
Did I really think that was for me? I thought.
I left my chin, "Whatever." I said and brushed my teeth. I washed my face and went to bed.
I got into bed and
