His slick mouth brought her to the cusp of orgasm and as she was about to drift into it, he pushed a finger into her to throw her over the edge. The sensation of his finger sliding free of her wrung all tension from her muscles. Being loose felt free. Yet, as cozy as she felt, she’d also never felt so powerful or alive.
Wearing a wide sated smile, she opened her eyes to tip her head toward the movement of the bed. Score was next to her, seated on the pillow, admiring her again.
“If that’s what I get for being bad, I think I’ll do it more often.”
“I warned you,” he said. “You disobey me again, I’ll tie you up here permanently.”
“I can think of worse places to be,” she said, shifting onto her side, trying to twist her arm in the bounds so her shoulder wouldn’t ache. “I want everything you said. I want to be yours and I want to pleasure you too.”
His dick wasn’t that far away and it wasn’t as relaxed as her. The size of him was mesmerizing; even just the view of him intrigued her. Looking at something that could be the key to her pleasure was surreal. He was going to pop her cherry. One day she’d have rights to touch him any time she wanted.
If things worked out, they’d tell Beeks and Fish about their relationship. After that, they could be intimate any time they wanted, anywhere they wanted, without ever worrying about being caught or overheard.
The previous night, she’d thought joining him in bed was naughty. Once they broke the seal and started having sex, she could be much naughtier. Unless his rules required her to be good.
“You’re tight,” he said. “We’re gonna have to take our time.”
Shock jerked her head back. “Now? We’re going to do it now?”
“No,” he said, touching a finger to her forehead. “I have to get to the club early. Beeks will be there already… I’ll be back early tonight.”
Early was relative. Even though he’d come home after midnight the previous night, he probably considered himself early.
“Tonight,” she said, raising her brows. “I mean… do you mean…”
He nodded and slid down in the bed to lie next to her. “Yes… If it’s right.”
“It will be right,” she said, sure in how hard she nodded her head.
“Hasn’t put you off?” he asked, curling a fist around himself.
Shyla had never been jealous of another person’s hand until that moment. “I want it. I want you… I’m excited.”
“We might not get there in one night. We’ll have to—”
“Take our time, I know,” she said, accepting his kiss when he moved closer.
His tongue tasted of her. The potent reminder of what he’d done drove her on to kiss him harder. The experience of losing her virginity might be a difficult one. But she’d do whatever it took to accept him. Yes, she trusted his experience and his rules; Shyla was ready to be his. All the way.
After making out with her, Score clued her in on why he’d vanished. While she’d been in his bed, tied up, waiting for him to return, he’d gone to her closet to get her outfit for the day. Shyla asked if he’d untie her so she could put it on. He didn’t. Instead he got dressed and ready to go out while she lay in his sheets, naked, watching him go about his business.
Score’s instruction was to shower in his room, but she asked to use the bathtub and he hadn’t objected.
With him gone, Beeks and Fish at the club, Shyla had little to do that day except pamper herself. The errands she needed to run were all close by the apartment. She got those out of the way and then focused on how to prepare for that night.
It could be the night. The night and she didn’t want anything to ruin it.
Cooking dinner was more exciting than usual. Everything was more exciting than usual. Shyla wondered how it would be, how it would change her, how she might feel the following day once the deed was done.
The sense of exhilaration was new. During her dates with Gavin, she hadn’t felt such an invigorated optimism coursing through her. He’d been a box that Shyla thought she had to check. Score was different. The passionate delight definitely felt more right. It was supposed to be Score, which made her all the more grateful he’d stepped in to stop her doing anything with Gavin.
When the elevator doors opened, she was in the kitchen, out of view. Tensing up, Shyla told herself not to give anything away in her expression or demeanor. Beeks and Fish wouldn’t know why she was in such a state and it wouldn’t be easy to explain if Score wasn’t ready to reveal their relationship.
Thinking she should practice her poker face wasn’t as straightforward as actually doing it. Fish was talking to Beeks, which Shyla only knew because Score came into view first. The moment her eyes met his, she smiled. Not just any smile, it was a smile that wanted to turn into an elated laugh. Score wasn’t as impressed and found it much easier to remain impassive.
“I won’t say it again, Lamb,” Score said, a hand on the back of his chair at the table. “Three?”
“Sorry,” she said, trying not to widen her smile.
He crooked a brow at her, which was probably a warning. Beeks and Fish were still engrossed in their conversation. The two were no doubt used to entertaining each other when Score wasn’t chatty… Not that he was ever chatty.
Shyla mouthed “sorry” but wasn’t sure
