The heat never leaves his gaze and I know I’m in for a good night.
Every night with my men is a great night.
When Blake is finished and brings out a mirror for me to see, I suck in a breath at the sight of my tattoo.
Tears well in my eyes.
“It’s beautiful, Blake.”
The club symbol is in the middle of the tattoo, which is to be expected. I have seen Ella, Olivia, and Sophie’s tattoos. Theirs have their men’s names across the bottom.
Pyro’s name is written across the top and Bullet’s name is on the bottom. It’s so beautiful. In the middle is a picture of bike handlebars. On one end there’s a dragon’s head with a bullet in its mouth, and on the other end is a snake’s head breathing out fire. In the middle where the handlebars are connected is a princess crown. There is a jewel in the middle of the crown in the shape of the letter “K.” It’s absolutely stunning.
I let Blake wrap it up. My tears are trying not to fall the entire time, but I have never been this happy.
When we get back, I put a tank top on and wait until Blake says that I can remove the wrapping to show everyone my tattoo.
Ella gets teary eyed. “I knew this would happen from the moment you left Pyro’s hospital room blushing. It’s about damn time!”
I can’t help but chuckle.
Pyro was the first man I was attracted to that wasn’t Bullet. From the moment I had laid eyes on him, I thought that he was gorgeous and wanted anything he would give me. I had felt the exact same way about Bullet.
Everyone celebrates Bullet joining the club in addition to him and Pyro claiming me as an Old Lady.
The club will find any reason to party.
Camilla still hasn’t left Derek’s side at the clubhouse.
We are on the opposite side of him and the higher ranks.
I’ve been waiting since she got out of the hospital to talk to her. Lily just told me that she doesn’t want to see anyone right now.
I really hope that I can find a way to help her.
I talk to Sophie about having a girls’ evening, if Camilla comes for at least some girl talk that would awesome.
Ella overhears and suggests using her room since it’s bigger because of the kids. Since we are on lockdown, we can’t go out.
Once we all agree, we plan to have it that weekend.
I am already making a list of booze and junk food in my head.
This girls’ night is going to be filled with some serious girl talk and a lot of shots.
Chapter Nineteen
Krista
A few days later…
The night is finally here. We planned for the men to watch the kids in the main room while we did our girl talk, snacking, and boozing in Ella’s room.
Lily and Sasha were all for it and said that they would make sure that Camilla showed up. I let them know that Camilla doesn’t have to share anything that she doesn’t want to, but we are all here for each other.
Thankfully, Camilla is walking in the door as I set up the blender on the dresser. Any chance to stay in the room, the better. I’m not missing out on anything because I have to make more daiquiris.
“Have a seat. Krista was about to make daiquiris. You want one?” Olivia asks. Camilla nods her head slightly.
Once all the women settle around the room on the chairs we each brought in, we start with the small talk.
Camilla is obviously nervous.
“Well, tell us about you and your men,” Ella says with excitement in her eyes. All the other women perk up at her question and I can’t help but laugh.
“From the beginning?” I ask.
They all nod their head eagerly.
“Well, I didn’t think that Bullet was going to go against my dad and the club for me, and I was tired of being alone, so I did the only thing that I could think to do at the time. I ran. But the club life was never far from my mind. It was and has always felt like a place where I belonged. When I met Olivia and she got together with Steal, I knew that he was with the Vicious Snakes who were friends, not rivals, with my father’s club. I didn’t think that anything bad would happen if I enjoyed some of the life but still chose to hide,” I say.
“The beginning of my relationship with Pyro was so up in the air that I didn’t think that anything would come from it. I was surprised when he showed up at the club with the intention to claim me as his woman. I had never been more hopeful. I wanted the love that all of you have with your men.”
Lily nods her head. “When these men love, they do it with everything they have.”
“That’s the truth. I didn’t think that I could fall in love after I lost Jeff but, slowly, Damien stole my heart,” Ella says with a sigh.
“When Steal came into my life, I didn’t think anything of it, except that my son would have his father in his life, but he came and won me over. Sure, we had our problems, but I think it has made us stronger,” Olivia says with a nod.
I look at Sophie with a raised eyebrow. She blushes. “Trigger is amazing. I didn’t stand a chance once he decided that I was going to be his woman.”
“Bear took me by surprise too but, honestly, I didn’t think that this life was for me in the beginning and I resisted as long as I could. Damn, that man knew how to win my heart.
