The two of them broke into frowns at the same time. The voice was all they needed to know who had just arrived. Aside from that loathsome old Black Dragon, who else could it be?

Indeed, the person who had just arrived was Angus, the academy president of Black Dragon Academy. His gaze flickered over to the Dragon God Genius Ranking, and then he broke into a smile so wide that his countenance became all wrinkled. “That Isaiah kid hasn’t disappointed me! He has ranked 692nd and reached Level 28. He didn’t let all my grooming of him go to waste!”
Upon hearing his words, President Fred and the Fighting Dragon Academy president couldn’t help but look at the person in 692nd place.
“No. 692: Isaiah Thomas, Black Dragon Person, 26 years old, Level 28”
“26 years old!”
“Level 28!”
“That fellow has pretty good talent!”
President Fred and the Fighting Dragon Academy president exchanged a look, both seeing the astonishment in each other’s eyes.
To pass through the 28th level, one must be at least a ninth-grade pinnacle-level expert and possess great mastery of the universe’s momentum.
For him to possess this level of strength at the age of 26, he was astonishingly talented for sure.
“I’ve heard that a few geniuses have also emerged from your academies. I wonder if they’ve placed in the ranking yet? Which positions are they in? How are they doing in comparison to our academy’s Isaiah?”

Angus didn’t flare up. Instead, he was all smiles as he replied, “Since that’s what you’re saying, Fred, then I’m sure the Fire Dragon Magic Academy must have an even more outstanding genius?”
“Hurhur! Of course!”
President Fred snorted, and then he quickly looked at where the 487th place was in the ranking. He believed that that must be where Meng Lei ranked.
However, he was disappointed.
“No. 487: Derrick, Golden Colossal Dragon, 30 years old, Level 31”
“It’s not Meng Lei?”
Fred looked absolutely stupefied. He had thought that the genius in 487th place must be Meng Lei for sure. After all, among the geniuses of the 15 kingdoms and 48 dukedoms, Meng Lei was the most outstanding one for sure.
Therefore, Meng Lei’s position must be the highest. Who else could it other than Meng Lei that had come in 487th place?
However, the truth was that... it wasn’t Meng Lei.
“What exactly is that fellow doing?”

The gasps of astonishment around them weren’t any less intense than his. All those who had noticed the person in 469th place were astounded by what they had just seen.

“For one to pass through Dragon God Tower’s 32nd level, they must at least possess the strength of a Saint Domain. In other words, that 16-year-old little fellow already possesses the strength of a Saint Domain?”
