know that’s asking a lot. I realize it’s something he’s probably not capable of. Why did I have to respond that way? Why didn’t I just tell him that would be great and not push an agenda? I know why. Because I can’t have my heart broken again.

“I want that with you, Corrine. Without hesitation. I don’t want to date anyone else. I told you before, you don’t have a place right now, and I want you to move in with me. I’ve had blood work done, and I’m clean. I haven’t been with anyone other than you in months.”

“Really? No wonder women are climbing the walls to get to you. They want to take your second virginity.”

He laughs hard and loud. “That’s exactly it. Too late, you already did it, and I’m now broken for all other women.”

“Let’s not tell them so they can keep calling Ms. Day and driving her a little crazy.”

“You’re bad. They don’t want me; they want my jet, company, cars, and bank accounts.”

“Wait! You have a car that doesn’t have a driver?”

“Oh, honey, it isn’t just a car, it’s a machine.”

“You’re a machine,” I tease.

“I own a Bugatti La Voiture Noire—the only one in North America.”

“If I didn’t know better, I’d think you were compensating for a small penis.”

“But you do know better.”

“Yes, I do.”

“If I come this weekend, do I need to bring a box of condoms?”

“After Bobby broke up with me, I went to the doctor and had them check me for everything. I’m clean.”

“You let him go bareback, and you were questioning me?”

“First, he didn’t go bareback, but I still had myself checked, and of course I questioned you. How many calls did you get on your call sheet today from women looking for a date?”

“I don’t know.” He plays dumb.

I cross my arms and tap a proverbial cyber toe at him. “Count them on your call log. I’ll wait.”

“Ms. Day said there were eighteen,” he says sheepishly.

“That’s what she told me as well.”

“I can’t wait to see you this weekend.” He tries to recover.

“Six hours on a plane is a long time just to get some action,” I warn.

“I’d travel six hundred hours to see you. We can have a late-night dinner with your boyfriends when I arrive,” he teases.

“Plus, you can do a perimeter check with Brian and the boys,” I add. “Be prepared. The boys may want to understand your intentions. I heard them fighting over who was going to marry me. You’ve got some serious competition.”

“I think I can make them understand,” he warns.

“This is going to be so much fun.”

“After I take you to places you’ve never been.”

“Is that a threat or a promise?”

“Definitely a threat and a promise.”

Chapter 28

Jackson

It’s finally Friday, and I’ve been so excited to get on the plane and get to Maui. I want to lock Corrine in the master bedroom and never come out for three whole days. I think my cock has been at half-mast all week. I know the first thing I’m going to do is eat her beautiful pussy until she comes all over my tongue.

I left after lunch with the expectation that I’d make it midafternoon, and of course, I was later than I wanted to be. We’re arriving at four thirty, and Brian is picking me up. We were flying into headwinds, so the flight took longer. I would pace if I could walk more than five steps in each direction.

Finally, we land.

I see the Range Rover pull up to the side of the plane, and my heart pounds when I see Corrine leaning up against the side of the car in a short dress, fuck-me heels, and sunglasses. Her ankles are crossed. My cock is fully awake. I debate asking her up to the plane for a quick fuck, but I’d rather worship her.

I bound down the stairs. “There’s my beautiful girl.”

She opens her arms, and I gather her up and spin her around. “Damn, you look even more beautiful than you did last week.”

I step in and kiss her, hard and aggressive. It takes us a moment to let go of one another, but I know if I don’t, I’ll take her right here, and the Range Rover doesn’t have tinted windows or a partition. I do rub my hardness into her abdomen, and a slight pink crosses her chest.

She still blushes, and I love it. “Let’s get you back to the estate,” I tell her.

She turns, and Quint jumps into the vehicle and sits next to Brian.

“I spoke with Gillian Reece from the Shangri-la this morning,” she says as we pull away. “She’s going to supply us with two dealers, and she, Jonathan Best, and his girlfriend, Maggie, will be joining them. We went through the list, and between the players, Jim Adelson and his team, and us, that’s over forty people.”

“Over forty? Wow. How are we doing with rooms? I’m not willing to share ours.”

“That’s not really my thing,” she assures me. “We have plenty of rooms.”

“Even if Nate brings his family?” I ask.

“If Nate brings his girls, we may have to shuffle a few things around, but we’ll make whatever he wants work,” she says.

“When do you think everything will be done?”

“The designer assures me she’ll have everything done a week before the last weekend I’m scheduled to be at the house.” Corrine is confident and I’m glad she’s taken over this project. “That’s close to Memorial Day weekend. Do we dare try to schedule for then? Even if it takes a few extra days, we should be fine.”

I shrug. “Why not.”

I send off a group chat to all the players.
