Lashing out, Morgan swam to the edge of the water and turned to do it again. By the time he had crossed the surface half a dozen times, his cock had given up any chance of getting relief and softened. The sight of the waterfall was too tempting to leave. Lazily he swam over and held onto the ledge while looking to see if he could get underneath the pounding flow of water. Seeing a hollow shape behind the veil he ducked under the falls and swam toward it. Surfacing, he found himself in a small cave with ledges all around. He pulled himself up and sat with his feet hanging over the edge.
On the walls he could make out rough hand painted shapes that depicted animals Morgan thought he recognized. If this was what he thought it was, these paintings were hundreds of years old. It would be a shame to lose all of this when the mine went into operation.
He had seen enough. Slipping back into the water he pushed away and dove under the waterfall out into the main body of pool.
Climbing out of the water he sat on the edge and looked around. The lonely cry of a hawk circling overhead made him look up. It swooped low and cried, a lonely sound that struck at his heart. He might as well be that bird. For the last few years he had kept to himself, away from his usual haunts in the city and the people he used to party with. All because he was too scared to make any sort of attempt at a relationship that lasted more than one night.
Morgan stood up and dressed, wondering if his life would ever get back on track. As much as he wanted this project to succeed and he had no doubt it would, he wanted more out of life. What that was, was any bodies guess.

Stacey looked up and smiled when she saw Morgan walking through the door. The man knew how to wear a pair of denim jeans. They were molded to his thighs and ass. She lifted her hand to cover her mouth so she didn't cry out loud in front of him. Tonight she would have to get out B.O.B., this was getting too much for her.
"Hi, am I too late for dinner?"
"Um, no, not at all." She indicated the dining room. "If you want to go and pick a table I can get it for you. How do you like your steak?"
"Medium is fine. Let me help." He followed close behind her into the kitchen and she backed away to stand behind the work counter.
"Not necessary. I've got it all under control." She tucked a stray strand of hair behind her ear and hope her face wasn't as flushed as it felt. "I, um did baked potatoes and a salad, okay?"
"Sounds wonderful. Busy day?" He watched as she took the steaks from the fridge.
"No, we only get a couple of locals in. The next cross shift from the mine isn't until Monday so I won't get much trade from them until then. No drinking allowed when the men are on shift. Mainly doing catch up office stuff and cleaning."
"Are you open tomorrow?"
She looked up at him and thought quickly. "No, Sunday I usually stay closed except for the kitchen. Gives me a chance to catch up on cleaning and stuff unless there is a guest staying over. There is only you though. The other couple left already so I should have a quiet day."
"Let me take you to Fairy Springs then. I had a look today and I can see why you love it so much. I didn't get any further than that though. Got a bit sidetracked because it was so relaxing."
Her skin zinged with energy and her heart started to flutter. "Oh, well I should probably stay here and work."
"How often do you get out?"
"I don't really." She squirmed under his intense gaze.
"Well, since I'm the only guest, humor me and I'll help you clean or whatever when we get back. We can take lunch and you can relax, god knows you could probably use the break."
"Thanks. I shouldn't but what the hell, I will." Stacey giggled under her breath taking a quick peek at him from under her lashes. A date. She had a date. Woop de doo.The first one for how long? Too long if the truth be told. Her inner goddess did back flips and pirouettes before taking a bow.
Slapping the steak onto the hot grill she turned back to Morgan. "Can I get you a drink?"
"A beer would be nice. I can get it if you want."
"No it's okay." She ducked into the bar and took a chilled bottle from the fridge resisting the urge to roll it over her hot skin. Dare I try and get him into bed tonight? The thought made her smile. Let's just wait and see how it all goes.
Popping the cap off the bottle she returned to the kitchen and handed over the drink. Morgan was leaning against the door watching her. Trying her best to ignore him, Stacey hurried to plate up the salad and baked potato before the steak was overdone.
"You are eating with me again?"
"Okay, but if anybody comes in I have to be in the bar."
"Can't we eat in there? I don't mind so long as you feed me." He moved to take the tray with his meal on it from her.
"Sure, works for me." She kept her eyes on his ass when he walked out with his dinner and she followed behind him almost bumping into him when he stopped.
"Shit, sorry, my mind was elsewhere."
"You obviously have way too much going on in that lovely head of yours Stacey. The break will do you good tomorrow." He sat up at the bar on a stool and picking up the knife, he cut into his
