in the process.

Damn this dickhead is pathetic. How stupid is he for kidnapping me? Threatening my ol’ lady. Holding a gun under my chin without restraining me. Fuckin’ stupid as hell that’s for sure. Grabbing the gun, I stand up and kick the asshole in the gut. With one hand I train the gun on him as I lift my other hand to pull the tape from my mouth.

Fuck that hurts like a bitch, ripping hair from my face as it goes.

“Who the fuck are you?” I snarl, pissed about this entire situation.

“Faith’s man,” he snaps, eyes narrowed on the gun.

“Bullshit, what’s your fuckin’ name?” I demand.

“Told you, I’m Faith’s man,” he declares once again.

This fuckhead is more delusional than I thought and for what he’s done, he deserves more than a simple bullet to the head. Bart hasn’t had any fun lately and he could use some excitement.

Grinning, I slam my knee into dickhead’s temple knocking him out instantly. “As you said earlier, let’s get this party started.”

Stepping away from him, my eyes still on the unconscious asshole. I grab my phone from the bed and pull up Chains’ number.

“Axel, what the fuck?” he growls through the line.

“Sorry, Prez, but I need a pickup,” I grumble and explain shit to him about what’s happened.

“Right, already knew he had you. Faith called Tyres, he and a few others are already heading in your direction. Got a cage with him, ETA another ten minutes at most. Steel and Lynch are at your place with Faith and Alec.” Fuck me. I knew my woman was smart and wouldn’t endanger herself or our kids.

“Thank fuck,” I mutter, as dickhead groans.

“See you in a bit,” Chains states, ending the call.

Pulling the phone from my ear, I quickly shoot a text to Lynch asking him to let Faith know I’m good and would be home shortly.

That is after I make this fucker suffer. Putting my phone in my pocket, I kneel down next to the asshole and search his pockets for his wallet or any identification.

Reaching into his back pocket I find what I’m looking for and grab it. I open the damn thing to find a photoshopped image of Faith with this guy’s head on my body.

Damn this asshole is sick.

Finding his driver’s license, it states his name is Harrison Martin.

“Well, Harrison Martin. It’s time you see what it’s like to be in the swamp state as you called it,” I chuckle, throwing his wallet on top of his chest.

“Straps around his hands secure,” Throttle grumbles, spitting on Harrison’s squirming body. He’d woken up in the cage to find he’d been hog tied and his mouth taped shut.

“Good,” I say, curling my lip up in disgust. I move forward while Pitch Black lifts the chain holding the straps in place. “You want to kill my woman’s parents? Send fuckers to kill me? Stalk my ol’ lady? Here’s the price you pay for fuckin’ with one of the Inferno’s Clutch.”

Reaching into the inside of my cut, I pull out the knife I carry with me everywhere. Pitch Black brings Harrison’s body up enough that I can stand beneath him since we left him hog tied.

Meeting Harrison’s gaze, I slice through his shirt exposing his stomach. “Bart and the rest of the gators are hungry,” I inform him seeing his eyes widen. “I hope you die slowly.” With that, I slice through his chest and torso from his neck to the top of his jeans.

Harrison screams through the tape covering his mouth and the gators begin to move in. Pitch Black moves and swings the chain out toward the gators, as he lowers the screaming bitch for them to feast on.

“Let’s get you out of here and home to your family,” Tyres orders, clasping me on the shoulder.

“Yeah, get Frame to go pick up my bike and put it in the shop. I’ll have to work on that next week. Can’t believe the fucker was dumb enough to think he could try and take me out,” I grumble, shaking my head.

“Good thing he was stupid, but you know it could have turned for the worst. Just glad it didn’t,” Tyres states.

“I know. Now get me home to my ol’ lady and kid. I got a movie to watch and a woman to celebrate with,” I grin, thinking about the way my luck has turned.

From here on out, I’m promising myself and my family to never let shit like this happen again, not if I can help it. Faith, Alec, and this new baby are my world and I’m not about to let anyone wanting to do harm near them. They’re mine and I’ll do whatever it takes to make sure they’re safe.

Always.

Epilogue

Faith

Six Months Later

“Ma fée, if you don’t come down here now, I’m coming up there to get you,” Alex calls up the stairs where I was sitting on the bed trying to find something to wear that doesn’t make me look ridiculous. I forgot how much I hated maternity clothes when I was pregnant with Alec, though with him I didn’t have to wear them until near the very end. I got away with the hair tie trick and hoodies.

“I can’t figure out what to wear,” I call out down the stairs, this was an ongoing thing. Since with this kid I’m bigger now than I was the entire time with Alec which is annoying. I wouldn’t change it for the world, having Alex’s son growing inside me.

We’d found out a couple weeks ago we were having another boy and I couldn’t be more ecstatic.

“Babe, just grab one of my tees and throw on some leggings, we got to go,” he states, his voice coming closer as I hear him coming up the stairs. “We don’t have all night and we gotta pick up Alec on the way.”

“I thought he was spending the night with Lyrica.” My brows furrow as I turn to face him when he stops right
