you are in a war situation. Please tell me that you guys know a friend of yours that is a Stellar-Being or someone who can help out.”

“Well,” Veronica spoke. “Tracy, my younger sister. But…”

“But what?” Jay asked curiously.

“She’s in Pennsylvania right now,” Luis interrupted. “Because she could not get along with her older sister Roxanne.”

“Excuse me?” Roxanne spoke aloud. “Did she really say that? Tracy isn’t even here in Manhattan at all?”

“Shut your mouth Luis!” Veronica attempted to slap him.

Jay smiled at the fact that these teens were all friends, on how they were arguing, it was one of those times that he missed most back in his high school years of having friends around. He tried not to be part of the argument as Veronica, Roxanne and Luis began to argue back and forth so many times, about Tracy not coming by for her birthday. The arguing went on for more than a minute straight. Jay decided to interrupt the conversation as he could not handle it no more.

“ENOUGH!” Jay spoke aloud. “You guys are literally acting like immature hooligans while your Manhattan is about to be taken over by this roman numeral labeled clock man and all you can argue about is sister-rivalry at a time like this? Really?”

“See guys?” Aiden spoke. “Not the only one out there who firmly speaks and yells to stop mischief and stupid conversations also. Finally, someone with a sensible mindset!”

The three argumentative teens suddenly fall silent, looking at Jay, Aiden, Sandra alongside Allison as they were disappointed in them arguing at a time like this. Deep down, they sighed heavily and looked away from each other, since they still had anger against each other about Tracy, Veronica and Roxanne’s sister rivalry along with Luis tattle tailing in. They stood there in silence, as they stared at each other, as Allison began to ask, interrupting the silence between all seven of them.

“What do we do now?” she asked. “Is the Earth really gonna be his?”

“I don’t know,” Jay spoke.

“Well,” Sandra whispered and raised three of her fingers, using her hands to show Jay without being heard, indicating that Jack headed to the Tri-Needle Obelisk tower. “Jack is out there somewhere.”

Jay nodded as the others saw what Sandra meant, “Yeah, Jack is our only hope. We just gotta hope for the best.”

Chapter 12

The Run

Date: June 26th, 2021 – 9:33 AM

“Meow!” Bibi approached Trixie’s face back in her home in Allentown.

Laying on her stomach in her bedroom, Trixie was playing around with coloring books alongside novels that she was reading to kill the day. Her hair was still pastel colored, full of vibrant beauty of colors of sorts, as she pets her cat Bibi. Deep down, Trixie really despised Roxanne after the way she treated her on her birthday party a while back. The tortoiseshell male cat began to stroke its fur against Trixie’s pale small cheeks and began to purr.

“Meow!” Bibi began to ask for attention from Trixie.

“Calm down Bibi,” Trixie said as she stroked the cat, as the feline laid itself on the floor of her bedroom purring deeply. She started to pet more of the feline’s tabby tummy, as she scratched its ears and its spine, which caused a lot of its fur to shed. “You sure do shed a lot. Guess Mom or I forgot to brush you.”

The cat’s dark green emerald eyes stared at Trixie as it started to meow, despite her giving it enough attention, by petting him and keeping him company as well. The cat began to meow in an eerie tone and was asking for-.

“Hungry?” Trixie lifted the feline. The domesticated cat meowed again calmly.

She sighed heavily and jokingly said, “Fine, let’s feed you, ya fat feline!”

Bare feet as Trixie walked out of her bedroom, carrying her pet cat with both hands and cradling it carefully, so it would not fall off. But she knew that cats would always land on their feet, on all fours. She really admired the cat that Mom got for her, since it was an exceedingly rare specimen as Trixie stated before, a male tortoiseshell cat, having a mix of black, dark brown chocolate and light fur all at the same time. This resulted Bibi to have an XXY chromosome, since it was a male cat having three colorations within its fur pattern and coating, which is what precisely made this pet cat exceedingly rare, since typically female tortoiseshell or calico cats were the most common due to their chromosome being more compatible with tri-coloration.

As Trixie was passing by the TV in the lounge, to head towards the end of the living room and kitchen, Bibi jumped off her arms suddenly as she landed on the TV remote on the floor. This caused the TV to turn on as Bibi sat there. The TV displayed live news even though it was left on the weather channel by Trixie’s Mom and Dad who had gone out of the house. She saw on the TV screen as the news reporter spoke live, while it showed Manhattan under attack by mysterious stuff from the sky as the headline, where a mothership was slowly heading above Manhattan itself. It began to shadow Manhattan where it also showed the Tri-Needle Obelisk implanted nearby where the Empire State Building is.

But there was something odd going on with Bibi suddenly, not due to the TV, as the feline began to screech in loud meowing tones of fear. Trixie was wondering what was going on and looked at the TV as she saw the Tri-Needle Obelisk puncturing through the Earth, with words on the news headline, that seismic mini quakes have occurred throughout since 8:30 AM. She knew what was going on with Bibi, the feline was detecting danger or the seismic earthquake that was happening right now concurrently from extremely far away, since
