Stephen Mitchell’s collection Full Woman, Fleshly Apple, Hot Moon: Selected Poems of Pablo Neruda (Harper, 1997) provides wonderful translations of a selection of Neruda’s lighter poems.

The Poetry of Pablo Neruda, edited and with an introduction by Ilan Stavans (Farrar, Straus & Giroux, 2003) is the most extensive anthology.
