girlfriend.

- Amanda, for your government, it's not you who put up with me, it's the other way around. After all, I'm not the one who's after me. - I answer with irony. - Like you said yourself, I'm just Aron's girlfriend. That doesn't make me friends with you, so it doesn't fill me with patience.

She growls at me with hatred stamped on her eyes and approaches.

- Be careful not to lose the crown... - She says so coldly. - Your Highness!

I frown on that statement, oddly enough, Amanda's tone of voice.

- What do you mean by that? - I ask you confused.

Amanda and Mia laughed at the confusion caused by those words. It pisses me off even more. I knew I had the nickname Princess of Yale on account of her parents' country club, but those words caused me strangeness. I get out of the bank, I'm tired of those people.

- Whatever it is, I don't have time for your nonsense. - ...I mean by taking a deep breath. - I'm gonna study a little bit that I make a lot more.

I start preparing my backpack to get away from those creatures. I was always in a bad mood when I found my friends.

- Whoever said you were in a closet with Ryder is a big gossip.

- Not that one! - grumbling. - It was just that I was missing.

Tiffany's disgusting voice has gone through my eardrums making me look in the direction of the most jealous girl I've ever had the displeasure of meeting.

- Imagine if Ryder Taylor would stay with someone like you. - she continues her debauchery. - Really! Everybody knows you're not his type.

Everybody there, Tiffany was the one I least liked. She was the daughter of a renowned plastic surgeon who has already changed her nose twice this year. She was tall, brunette and a fashion student. She had a pair of long jealous legs that lived in tiny skirts. He wore a silk shirt and Loubotin shoes at least six inches long. She had huge breasts, probably implanted by her father.

- I think you're right. - completed Mia. - Ryder would never get the little princess of Yale.

- Actually, I still don't know what Aron saw in you! - Tiffany amended.

I close my eyes tightly and, counting to ten, I try to keep my cool. I hated hitting my mouth and some people were already looking in our direction.

- What's going on? Is today "pissing off Brooke" day, by any chance? - I mean with sarcasm. - Be careful Tiffy or I will think that you are with your level of envy higher than usual.

Taking the books, I put them all in my backpack. Tiffany laughs with coldness when I smile with disdain. She thinks of saying something, but my cell phone vibrates with a message from Aron and it saves me from hearing more zucchini. I sigh when I read that he won't be able to go to the dinner we'd arranged. It seems that his father's nightclub was in trouble that night and he would have to go there to solve it. I had asked to be excused from work that night because of the pain I was feeling, so Aron had scheduled dinner.

"All right! I'll go home and recover, then. I'll see you on campus tomorrow. Kisses!"

- It's a shame you can't stay any longer, fake breasts! - I say with a sarcastic smile. - I'd love to stay and hear a little more of your distillate, but I have a class now. However, the playground is that way and Cinderella's castle is further on. Have fun while I'm gone and remember to hold hands when crossing.

Red with anger that I've called everyone a child, Tiffy growls at me.

- Sooner or later, that pose of yours will be undone! - she says between her teeth. - I'd love to see you fall off your pedestal!

I frown without understanding and, as if I were in high school, she throws her hair by snapping her fingers and turns around. The court jerks and their ladies follow her out of the courtyard. Sighing, I just follow with the look, while the girls come out rolling their asses. I decide it really wasn't worth it to stay there, so I turn around and walk away. I would not be able to stay in my dormitory without doing anything and because of the pain I felt there would be no way to study. Calling the nightclub, I notice that I already feel better and decide to go to work to distract my mind. I go to the last class of that day and then head for the dormitory to take a nap before work.

My whole day was terrible! I had to put up with one of the most dull classes while my head kept beating. Everything softened when I went to my favorite class of contemporary ballet. In addition to the good grades, I had to practice a sport or take one of the dance lessons as a supplementary subject. Since I'd liked to dance since I was a kid, I chose ballet. This was the only environment in which I felt more free, even though I was shy. It was there that I was able to breathe a little and abstain from the growing comments.

After class, I went home to get ready for work. I choose a pair of jeans, canoe collar shirt and high heel boots. As I worked in a nightclub, I needed to dress in an elegant way, but I always chose something stripped and comfortable. It was the only time I capriced on my makeup, highlighting my lips and
