can you tell?” asks Jordan.

I point at the home across the street from our parked electric car and answer, “They have a black line on the front door and I’m guessing that was JJ’s mark on the homes that they checked.”

I drive down the street and come to a perpendicular street. I look left and then I look right, and I think about which way to go.

“I wish there was a way to see the trail that the shark guy took,” says Jordan.

I think about Jordan’s statement and say detective mode.

My screen on my display changes, and I see a different view then before. It shows a trail of water or something on the street.

“What did you say? Detective mode?” asks Jordan as he looks at me.

I make a left hand turn and follow the trail of the water in the street that may have come from the vehicle that Jaws Junior was driving.

“It’s a setting on my mask,” I answer Jordan.

“Oh,” replies Jordan.

I see the faint water trail on the street, that is most likely from the AC condensation dripping from a vehicle, and it enters a bigger neighborhood.

I turn into the neighborhood and the trail goes away.

“Why did you stop?” asks Jordan as I stop my electric car at an intersection inside the neighborhood.

“The water trail ends here,” I answer as I look down the street in front of me and the streets to the left and right of me.

I say into my Ghost mask radio, “I think we found a possible trail in the Cordavo neighborhood.”

“Where is that?” asks Phil over the radio.

“Easiest way to get here is to take the street that our West entrance is on, make the first right onto Pineview, take that street all the way down, and then make a left and your first right into the Cordavo neighborhood,” I reply into my Ghost mask radio.

“Okay, we’ll head that way now,” replies Phil over the radio.

Jordan and I look around the neighborhood and we see abandoned cars and vehicles all over the place, fallen tree limbs, and tons of debris around the neighborhood.

“This place looks to be pretty large, not sure how we are going to find them in here,” says Jordan as he looks through my electric car front windshield.

“Any word from JJ, Brody?” I ask into my Ghost mask radio.

“No word and no sign of them either sir,” answers Brody over the radio.

CRASH!

A loud sound of glass breaking down the street to our right is heard.

Jordan and I look to our right, but we don’t see anything.

“That could be them,” says Jordan.

I make my mask display its normal high definition view and I look down the street.

I zoom in my view and try to enhance my display.

“Do you really have to say what you’re doing every time? Normal? Zoom in? Enhance?” asks Jordan.

My view is blocked by a large truck and I can’t see who is making the noise at a house about ten houses down from where we are parked.

“Yeah, the mask goes by my voice commands,” I answer Jordan.

CRASH!

Another loud crash is heard in the same direction as the previous noise we heard.

“Are we going to check it out or what?” asks Jordan.

“Let’s wait for Phil,” I answer.

I sense that Jordan doesn’t want to wait, and I ask him, “You okay with that?”

Jordan looks down the street and answers, “What if your shark guy is in danger?”

I think about Jordan’s question and start to worry about Jaws Junior and the group with him.

I start up my electric car and I’m glad that our electric vehicles don’t make much noise.

I decide to slowly drive down the street where the noise came from.

“Why are you going so slow?” asks Jordan.

I keep driving slowly down the street and I see someone walk back into a house, but I can’t tell who the person is.

I quickly park my electric car and try to get a better view of the house where I saw the person enter.

“Where are you Ry?” asks Jon over the radio.

“We went down the street as we heard a noise,” I answer Jon into my Ghost mask radio.

“Which street? We went straight as we entered the neighborhood,” replies Jon over the radio.

“Right, we went right at the first intersection in the neighborhood,” I answer into my Ghost mask radio.

I see a person exit from the house and now I have a better view of him. He’s a large Caucasian man that is wearing shorts and a sleeveless shirt.

“That guy is tatted up,” says Jordan as he sees the Caucasian man place something into the back of a truck that is parked in the driveway.

“We see a group in a house here Ry,” says Jon over the radio.

“Is it JJ?” I ask into my Ghost mask radio.

Jordan sees another man walk towards the truck, but this man is a skinny African American male and he is escorting a woman.

“They have a woman,” says Jordan.

I look towards the two male prisoners and I see a Caucasian woman that looks to have been beaten and her arms are tied together with rope in front of her and tape is over her mouth.

The large Caucasian man licks the woman’s forehead and says something to her that I can’t hear.

“It’s not JJ, it’s a group of four dead ones and they look like they just died recently and turned,” says Jon over the radio.

“We have a situation over here, two prisoners have a woman,” I say into my Ghost mask radio.

Jordan exits from my electric car and I am not sure what Jordan is doing. “Jordan just left the car,” I say into my Ghost mask radio.
